Principal Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal BI Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of BI solutions that drive strategic business decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of data-driven insights for the organization and guide both clients and internal teams in making smarter, data-driven choices. With advanced expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik, you’ll be pivotal in delivering high-quality, scalable BI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
As part of our growing Data & BI team, you’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to shape data solutions that support smarter decisions and real business outcomes.
What You'll Do
• Lead the design and delivery of BI solutions that meet complex business needs, leveraging your expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik
• Manage end-to-end BI project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing support
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for data visualization, dashboard design, and data governance
• Guide and mentor junior consultants, analysts, and other team members in BI tools, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure BI solutions align with business goals and drive measurable impact
• Integrate BI tools with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses for seamless reporting and analytics
• Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends, optimize business processes, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
• Deliver strategic presentations to clients, executives, and cross-functional teams, translating complex technical data into clear, actionable insights
• Champion the use of data to drive decision-making across the business
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Consulting, with a strong track record of delivering BI solutions
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik (at least one must be your expert tool)
• Advanced skills in SQL, DAX (for Power BI), data modeling, and data warehousing
• Deep knowledge of ETL processes, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and BI tool integrations
• Proven experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and expectations
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding teams to deliver on BI projects
• Certifications like: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI or Fabric), Tableau Desktop Specialist or Certified Professional, Qlik Sense Business Analyst or Data Architect

• Exposure to Python or R for advanced data analysis
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Experience with machine learning integrations within BI tools
• Previous experience in a senior consulting role with direct accountability for client success

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who’s passionate about building real-world, scalable ML solutions. This role is for someone who’s not just into experimenting with models—but making sure they work in production and actually make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and building ML pipelines using Airflow and Dagster
